This role ensures that all medical aspects of patient care meet state and federal standards. The Medical Director collaborates with the leadership team, supervises medical personnel, and contributes to the development and maintenance of clinical protocols and policies.

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Rose City Detox, ensuring program compliance with Oregon Health Authority regulations, ASAM criteria, and internal policies. This role provides leadership to department supervisors and staff, coordinates interdepartmental activities, supports fiscal management, and contributes to quality assurance and program development.

The Nurse Manager oversees the nursing care needs of patients at Rose City Detox, ensuring high-quality clinical nursing services in compliance with ASAM 3.7 and 3.2 withdrawal management standards. This role supervises nursing staff, coordinates medication administration and patient assessments, and supports clinical and program leadership in delivering safe and effective care.

The Assistant Nurse Manager supports the Nurse Manager in supervising nursing staff and coordinating shift operations at Rose City Detox. This role performs direct patient care, provides clinical leadership during shifts, and ensures all nursing documentation meets Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) standards.

The Case Manager coordinates discharge planning, aftercare referrals, and assists patients in accessing necessary benefits to support their recovery and well-being. This role collaborates closely with clinical and nursing teams to ensure comprehensive, whole-person care and supports patients’ transitions to community resources and ongoing treatment.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides essential nursing support in the delivery of withdrawal management care at Rose City Detox. This role is responsible for performing vital sign monitoring, withdrawal assessments, medication administration, and collaborating closely with the nursing team to ensure safe, effective patient care.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) supports nursing staff by assisting with patient care, monitoring patient conditions, and helping maintain a safe and therapeutic environment. The CNA performs delegated tasks within their scope of practice, including observation of withdrawal symptoms and assisting with daily living activities, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

The Admissions Director oversees and supervises all admissions activities at Rose City Detox, ensuring timely and compliant intake processes. This role coordinates initial screenings, eligibility verifications, ASAM assessments, and intake logistics, while providing training and support to admissions staff on program policies, trauma-informed care, and regulatory requirements.
