The Assistant Nurse Manager supports the Nurse Manager in supervising nursing staff and coordinating shift operations at Rose City Detox. This role performs direct patient care, provides clinical leadership during shifts, and ensures all nursing documentation meets Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Nurse Manager in supervising nursing staff and managing daily shift operations.
• Perform patient care duties including assessments, monitoring withdrawal symptoms, and clinical interventions.
• Provide clinical leadership on shift and collaborate with medical providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Ensure nursing documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with OAR and program policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Oregon-licensed Registered Nurse (RN) preferred; Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with supervisory experience considered.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment or withdrawal management strongly preferred.
• Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.
